Used them once before about 3-4 years ago and now again. First time unit came with brackets and plastic line set cover kit as it should when they sell you a brand new unit, otherwise is incomplete, the installation was completed satisfactorily. This second experience was overall not pleasant, stressful and overwhelming, it was to replace an older unit as well. Paid $930 with install, no brackets, no plastic line set cover kit and all the trash left behind, not to mentioned that they did not install an electrical box like the first time. The owner thought she was giving me a tremendous deal, when in reality someone else I've used before was charging me $950 and she knew, he in fact includes everything. Well, for sure it will be the last time I buy from VEDO International. Stay away, or get

I found postcard flyer and called. Arrived on schedule, tech was knowledgeable and worked until job was done. Very fair price. I was very surprised and pleased with Vedo. I recommend them to other people that need AC work.

Didn’t appreciate the service. They did what was easier for them, at their convenience. The lady offered me a price and added $200 extra. I was not happy with the work.
