Vekton Corporation

After interviewing and getting estimates from more than 5 siding and window companies, we decided to hire Vekton. We were most impressed with Tom Dustman, the owner and Maura, his right hand assistant. Their attention to detail, and responsiveness to any questions and issues we had is a hallmark of this company. We hired them to completely remove the 55 year old cedar shake siding, wrap and insulate the house, and install new vinyl cedar shake siding. On top of that we decided to do a full-frame replacement of all of the windows and doors in the house, opting for the high efficiency Kolbe Forgent windows. I think the house could not get much more energy efficient!! The 2 different teams of installers of Matt and Pat, and John and Pat worked very efficiently and did a beautiful job. W

Vekton installed our siding, windows and some doors 9 years ago. They installed flashing under our deck in a way so that any water from above the deck would be diverted behind the siding. 9 years later and we have significant rot in the sheathing and top plate of a door below where the flashing was installed upside down. Because water damage takes a long time to become significant enough to be observed it has been 9 years and vekton claims our installation is out of warranty, despite our contract claiming “lifetime workmanship guarantee” (And this issue was not observable post installation because the flashing is covered by siding.) Vekton has refused to take any responsibility for the resulting damage, and has blamed the deck above for the damage. The deck has been there for 30 years. T

The owner Tom came out personally to quote job and came in much cheaper then anyone else using same materials. With money saved our decision to replace windows at the same time was a no brainer. Tom sent out his A team to replace our siding and windows and gutters and down spouts. Gave our house a much needed face lift. Quite happy.

Vekton did a fabulous job siding my house. They started it on the coldest, windiest day in Jan 2025. They worked thru the weather without a hitch. Each crew worked together continously until the job was done, Cleanup was done great. Adam, the project Mgr, checked on the job every day. He followed up with me during and after the job, to make sure my house was just the way I dreamed it would be. I would recommend Vekton to everyone. Thank Adam & team for making me happy.

We are absolutely delighted by the siding repair work Vekton provided. Their bid was reasonable, their crew skilled and professional. They matched the existing siding perfectly. Now our house looks as good as new instead of a fixer upper. Highly recommended.
