Worst Customer Service Ever. Went in with a receipt and items not used and would not refund me my money. They refused to help me walked away. I then called and asked for the policy regarding my items. Store receipt stays full refund within 30 days. Items were never used still in box. Two men Jason/Jeff though they could have been lying about their names refused to help or refund. Totally unprofessional told me I had to call corporate. These 2 people should be fired. They hung up on me refused to help, walked away and gave me a BS. This is a disgrace. I will never shop at Ace Hardware Again. Ace get your stuff together this is not ok.

Having a hardware store in General is very important. The store is nice and clean and has a great assortment of little screws, nuts, and washers. Service is depends on who's working and what time of day it is. It can range from great to absolutely no service at all. I

The selection here was sufficient enough to find a common item we needed. The store was well lit and the aisles were clean.

My favorite store in Veneta. Got everything you need in hardware and garden supplies. Paint and Tools and so much more.

Always good service, stocked with what you need, and it’s worth the few extra cents you spend to avoid going into Eugene. We needed some plumbing supplies and called to ask about special orders. They took our order then and there, got the things on the way to them, and waited for us to pick them up that weekend without a deposit/payment of any kind. Most stores want cash up front before they’ll order something that they don’t stock. Good people here.
