Water Guy

Called Jay Monday at 8:00 , had Brett over by 9:00, job done by 11:00. Doesn't get any better than that. I have worked with Water Guy for 12 years and have always been happy with their work.

Jay came out for an assessment very soon after we contacted him. He came up with an efficient and cost effective way to replace our well pump. He and his crew showed up exactly as promised and got the work done and cleaned up in a timely fashion.

What a poor experience had with Jay today. I called to have a aerator installed in my well two weeks ago. He came out, said it was my water heater and didn't do the job I asked for (mind you I paid for his time because he also worked on my soft water system, that still isn't working right-not complaining about that even though I should have a warranty for work). Problem still there after he left. When asked, he said he assumed it was my water heater but didn't confirm, so a return visit is still needed to do the work I asked for. Where things went wrong to me is when I asked him, on the first visit, to quote replacing old parts and add a UV sterilizer too. His quote was very high, I priced shopped and found parts 4 times less than his quote and asked if he would install the parts I w

I've been a customer of The Water Guy for 11 years and have always been satisfied. They never try to upsell, just fix the issue. In the past they have repaired, and serviced, my water softener. Today my water went out and I diagnosed the issue as the well head control box that had a very crusty capacitor. I called The Water Guy and they had the entire control box in stock, and the price was the same as what I found on Amazon! Problem solved. Big thanks to The Water Guy for saving the day....again!
