We were very pleased with the friendly and personalized service provided by the Veneta Cucine Team. From starting with Eva who was very kind and helpful, to meeting Anna and Yuri to figure out the best option for our kitchen and having quality work competed by their professional installer, it was a terrific experience. We will be sure to recommend Veneta Cucine Coral Gables to others that we know who are looking to improve their kitchen.

Maria Eugenia is a delight to work with. She’s responsible, creative, and does her best to help in every step of the way. We changed the layout a couple of times, and each time she redid everything with a smile. If I were to do another kitchen, I would without a doubt do it with her assistance.

What a fantastic experience! The craftsmanship is first class. You won’t find this level of quality and customer service very often. I highly recommend Yuri and his team.

Extremely disappointed with Veneta Cucine. Our kitchen cabinets were to be finished by December, unfortunately one panel didn’t fit properly and we were told by January it will be delivered. January came, February and March too and we continue to receive excuses. We were promised a solution by April 8th as we were hosting a celebration, It’s now mid April and we continue to wait, no phone call to apologize for the continued delay or to provide an explanation. This is one of the issues we are experiencing as other items are also pending to be finished. I’m giving one star as there is no option for none. Poor service and lack of professionalism.

I inherited a new kitchen when I bought my apartment but it needed a few changes to work for me. They have completed the work now and I am thrilled with the changes. Thank you!!
