The service was top tier great ! Recently bought a new home and was experiencing my first winter here and I noticed little foot prints coming to my yard. Extremely happy with the services venpro provided! Not only were they able to come and do revise services for us on such short notice they took their time to make sure the job was well done. Gilberto was very professional and very knowledgeable, I appreciated the fact that he continuously throughout the job kept explaining to us everything and answering any questions we had. Absolutely wonderful service and top notch work ethic! I unfortunately found out that I was experiencing a rodent problem in the basement of where I am currently living and was unsure of who to contact in needs of service. But luckily I was able to reach out to Venpro Pest Solutions and in no time they were able to assist and thoroughly help with the issue at hand. I enjoyed their conversation aside from going through what needed to be done step by step. Gilberto did an amazing job with our cockroach problem. He was super professional, polite and very educated. He explained very well our problem and helped us get rid of the roaches in no time! If you need a professional exterminator who can get the job done I recommend Venpro! I can honestly tell you i will use no other company, Gilberto the exterminator was professional, very knowledgeable, punctual and wasn’t trying to just tell me or sell me anything.
