Because of there lack of customer service I did the job myself. I ran into there field techs at Dunkin. The guy couldn't have been less helpful. He had no clue what services they provide. No clue how long, on the average, the job takes. No clue on pricing. He said call The office. Good luck with that. The kits are $30 at Lowes Home Depot or Ace. I had my 7 year old son help me install and clean. Oyve. Vent Away should take a customer service retreat.
Very happy with Vent Away. They called 30 minutes in advance, wore booties, gloves and masks. They were professionally and communicated how they were going to clean our dryer vent, how we can better maintain the vent and it’s impact on dryer efficiency. Highly recommend Adam and his team.
