Ventura Flooring

I originally went to HomeDepot as I figured that would be the cheapest option. After getting their price, I went to Ventura Flooring to get a quote from them. Not only was Ventura Flooring cheaper, but the service was AMAZING! Hami and Sal, are both knowledgeable and passionate about the products they sale. They explained each component of the carpet and assisted with finding the ideal carpet for me. I had the carpet ordered and installed in less than 8 business days. The installers were very nice and professional. They made sure to cleanup after and even vacuumed! I would highly recommend Ventura Flooring compared to other competitors. If not to support a family business, then to find the best bang for your buck!

My forever flooring story. I had to replace tenant destroyed carpeting. Went to Ventura Flooring to learn what would be best for my situation. Hami was great and showed me a myriad of options. He has it all, luxury vinyl plank, laminate, hardwood, tile, and carpeting. I originally thought that I would go to Home Depot and select a product from them because I felt that they would stand behind their installation in the event that I ran into any type of problem. Boy was I mis-informed. 1. I learned from a friend that had installed a vinyl plank floor from Home Depot that had a broken plank after about 12 months. Wow!! Just WOW!! I have a condo with 33-year-old carpet that needed an upgrade to laminate flooring and Colin @ Ventura Flooring was terrific in suggesting some great floor ideas. I waited a few weeks and three guys came over on time and got to work moving my furniture around and ripping out my yucky carpet. From 8:30am to 3:30pm they worked tirelessly and quickly, putting in laminate flooring that looked awesome! They cleaned everything up, and even repurposed some custom baseboards! Fantastic work! After more than 30 years of having carpet in our home, my husband and I decided to replace everything with laminate flooring and tile. It took us a while and numerous trips to Ventura Flooring to decide what worked best for us. Throughout the entire process, Colin, Hami and Sal were patient, helpful and extremely easy to work with. Once we purchased, an installation date was set. The crew was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, neat and completed the job in one day (1600 sq ft home).
