I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by Venyscapes Landscaping and expressed my concerns directly to the on-site manager. This was not an inexpensive project, so when I requested that something be done exactly like the picture I provided—and was assured it could be—I expected it to meet those standards. Price was not my issue; quality and accuracy were. Before the project was even completed, I noticed several problems. First, the design looked nothing like the picture I provided. The width was incorrect, and the overall aesthetics were completely off. Second, the bottom of my backyard fence was damaged during the process. They went above and beyond with grading, drainage work, and cleanup, and even handled extra bush removal as they welcomed us to a new neighborhood and clearing at no additional cost.
