Thank you VVEC for being so prompt! 15 poles were down on old hiway 88 in Oologah due to a tornado. Those guys worked thru the entire night replacing all those snapped poles and had power on by 6am. Couldn't ask for better service!

They shut my mother in laws electric off with no warning because it was still in her deceased father’s name. (Has been for over 50 years and has always been paid) She is 77 years old and just got out of the hospital. She is on well water so no electric also means no water. We Had to fill out an application which was no big deal, but then they put the account under the wrong name. Next they wanted a $1000 deposit! The manager, Annie is a very rude and hateful woman. I wish there was somewhere else to get electric from.

HORRIBLE manager Annie, tried to ask for help and she hung up on me , I wasn't yelling , I was asking direct questions and wanted answers, my power was turned off and today for non payment due last week, we are struggling to get financially on track during this rough time for us . I ask WHY would you place the Disconnect day on the back of the invoice under MEMO ??? , nothing on the front what so ever... it was due 10/31 I guess and turned off today, I said I have the payment as I was going to pay tomorrow and can I pay the 100 fee next Friday when I get paid, she said NO, I need to pay the 100 fee today to get the electric turned on, I said I have the payment just I will pay the fee next week and she hung up .... I am disgusted on how people can be so rude , yet we pay your salary with

0/10 to not recommend. They are a horrible company to have power through. They do not care about the members at all... chargers for EVERYTHING! The economy is a joke and they want to be dicks about the bill being late and added $310 to my bill... I've never been disconnected. It's nice to know VVEC punishes you for being lower-middle class... poor... VVEC punishes you for being poor.
