For three years State Farm denied our hail claim on our roof. We tried a couple of different roofers that went through the process of trying to get the claim approved, and got no where. This past March, we met with Veritas and began the process of fighting with State Farm again. Right from the start, we could tell Veritas was different from the other companies we’d talked to. They were highly detailed, professional, and explained everything clearly why State Farm was liable for the claim. Once the claim was finally approved, the construction process could not have been better. As with many companies after hail storms, a Veritas team came by offering a free inspection. I had them go up, because it's always good to check, plus they were very professional in their approach. What happened next was what gets them 5 stars. They did not see enough damage, so they came down without trying to sell me anything at all! When I pointed out a flashing issue, they did offer an estimate, letting me know if would only be a small repair. How nice, not to be upsold!! Best bonus of all, there was a large furniture delivery in front of my garage that they kindly moved into my house, even refusing a gratuity. When I do need something, these guys will get my business!! Shout out to Chris and his team!

Veritas Roofing Company replaced our roof last week. Brian Ramirez and the Veritas crew did an amazing job with completion in one day. They went back over the yard several times with magnets, to collect the nails left in the landscape. The matching color of the new vents they installed give our new roof a great look. Thank you again for doing exactly as you stated before we decided to use you. I would give ten stars if I could and definitely recommend Veritas Roofing to anyone in need of a roof.
