I got a call from the guests staying at the house that the garage door broke and they couldn't shut it. Called two different garage places in Jacksonville and no answer. Dialed Vernon Garage Door Repair and Martin answered. It was almost 7 OM on Saturday so I expected to get the response "We can’t send someone today”. To my delight Martin met my guests at the house in 20 minutes and fixed my garage. Sweet! Good guy very capable and reasonable! Would refer Vernon Garage Door Repair to anyone.
The recent thunderstorms left me with a damaged garage door. Hadn't experience this before but gave Vernon Garage a call. The staff was knowledgeable and I easily set up an appointment. The technician was on time and friendly. Price wasn't that bad either. They did a great job and I will definitely use them again in the future if needed.
