Call Burns because my air conditioning went out, one gentleman came out and change the fuse and blamed somebody else for the wiring problem that didn't exist, I had another person come and look at it it took them less than five minutes to see that some wires had crossed and melted together so that's what was causing the fan to continuously run. On top of that before he left he called his son and arranged for him to be here that evening which is a Friday evening or he said he would be here Saturday morning. It is Monday and I've not heard from anybody. I will never use their service again

I've been a customer of Vern's for over 15 years and he does an outstanding job, very reasonable, and dependable. A+ review.
