The Resort Master in Rancho Cucamonga has been using Vertical Pools as our community pool maintenance, and they’ve been absolutely outstanding. The team is always punctual, professional, and thorough with their regular maintenance visits. What really sets them apart is how proactive they are—spotting and addressing potential issues before they become problems. We also had a small emergency over a weekend, and they responded immediately and had it resolved within hours. Their communication is excellent, and it’s clear they genuinely care about keeping our community pool in top shape year-round. I can't thank Vertical Pools enough! I own a Swim School with 2 pools and due to the amount of use they get tend to go down at the worst times. Vertical Pools has been able to quickly get me back up and running without missing a beat! Without there help I would of had to shut down multiple times at a cost of Thousands of dollars each time.
