Drew and the VerWys insulation team were wonderful from start to finish on fixing some major gaps in our new build's insulation. He came in and diagnosed the issues within a one-hour onsite visit, provided a quick and fairly priced quote, and got his team in the following week, completed the work in a single day and cleaned up before leaving the job. He followed up the following day to see how we liked the work, which I also appreciated. This was a big job (see pic of house) and took expertise to fix baffles and some other more complicated attic insulation issues that our original company did not do correctly that his team definitely had. We had some quirks with our 70 year old attic and they adapted to what was needed to do the job right. I especially appreciated that questions were answered promptly and completely. This company was like a breath of fresh air after having two companies come out and then not follow through with quotes. Another company provided a quote overnight, sight unseen, never responded to my return questions email, and wanted me to accept the quote before he would come out. My first connection with Shannon, the Office Manager, was great. She answered all my questions because we have lived here for 48 years and the original insulation from 1969 I had recently discovered was down to four inches. We set up the appointment for Drew, the Owner and Educator, which was about three weeks out. When he came, he not only looked up in the attic to evaluate what was needed there; but also recommended that the kitchen and bathroom exhaust fans’ ducts be replaced and vented to a roof vent
