OMG the gentleman at the front desk is a genius and so knowledgeable. I took a faucet part in that 4 other places did not have (HD, Lowes and 2 other plumbing supply places) and litterally within 10 seconds, he turned around and gave me the part from a stand. Then he apologized to me for my wait before I could be seen. I was speechless. Thank you for knowing your craft and taking care of customers.

Color me stupid. I have lived 3 blocks from Vescera's for 42 years and didn't know about them. The owner knows plumbing. Period. Where other places scratch their head he has what you need or can get it. The only other business I know of that has this type of expertise is Stewart Smith Electronics. Both businesses are close to 100 years old.

I had a kitchen faucet problem. Home Depot and Lowes could not help. The gentleman at Vescera knew exactly what I needed. Tho it required another trip home to unscrew the faucet aerator and return (before 1PM 🙃) my issue has been resolved. Very pleased!

Mike was a lifesaver! We struggled for weeks to fix an older toilet that was leaking. I called Mike, and he had me take a picture of my problem. He immediately identified our issue, that was an easy adjustment that I did myself. He then called back later to let me know of another issue to be on the lookout for to make sure it doesn't leak. It is not very often that you find a business that is willing to help you help yourself at no financial gain for themselves. Thank you Vescera and Mike!

This was my third plumbing related stop for the day. The gentleman inside took a moment to verify what I actually needed based on his binder and computer and then disappeared in the back, returning a few moments later with the exact part that two other stores were confounded by. Excellent service, reasonable pricing, quick and courteous. Thanks, again!
