The Roof was good enough the siding was a different story. The crew that put our siding up worked in the dark with a truck light. The result of this was the quality of work was poor. My wife took a picture of a place they missed. The owner said he " would send someone out to fix it." Two months latter no one showed up. The owner told me it was my wife's fault she was using the wrong phone number. I was talking to him on the same number he gave my wife. Finally after telling him I would report him to the better business bureau he came out. Two months latter a neighbor showed us where the new siding had came off. Please do not waste your time and money hiring this company to place a new roof on your house. This use to be an excellent roofing company that would take care of its customers. Kenny Vessels used to own this company and when he was the owner it was an outstanding company to do business with. Since he retired the new the owner who took it over is totally unreliable and will not return phone calls to customers that have hired them to do roofing in the past. I rarely ever fill out reviews about business, but I feel it is important to let people know who they dealing with when spending there hard earned money on roofing their homes.

Excellent customer service! Could not have asked for a better crew. They worked nonstop for two days fighting weather to complete the project and made sure my house was protected from any rain. On top of being very efficient, they also were so conscientious of keeping trash and debris off the lawn and mulch. I would highly recommend Joe and his amazing crew to do your roofing project!

I called Joe to get a quote on a new roof. He called me back to let me know there was a cancellation and he could get me in the NEXT DAY if I was interested. All the other roofers were weeks out so we signed on. It took the crew a good two days, but they did a great job. I called Joe with a few "naggy homeowner" questions and he sent folks out to take a look each time. Hopefully I won't need a new roof 20-30 years, but I'll call Vessels when I do.

Do not hire Vessls Roofing! My roof started leaking less than a year after paying 7000 dollars to get it replaced. I have tried contacting them for a week and was only able to reach them the first time I called. The owner told me he would fix it in a few days, but I never heard from him again. My called and texts were not answered after that and I tried three time a day for a week. I’m pretty sure he added my number as a contact in his phone warning him not to answer. I actually called the wrong place first and they told me that Vessles would never hold true to their warranty and to call them back once I discovered they would not fix it. I am going to have everyone I know to give them a bad review on google and we will not take them down until my roof is fixed. Do yourself a favor and do
