Great prices and so patient with me as I took time to decide what I wanted. I think that he went above and beyond in explaining products to me and informing us about the whole process. We have worked with this company twice and plan to return when we finish our basement in the next few years.

I DO NOT recommend this business. Horrible experience! We are a military family and would love to support a neighborhood veteran owned business but working with this difficult owner was the absolute worst experience we've ever had! I truly regret giving him the business that we did - replacing the wood floors in our house. We also planned to replace the upstairs carpet but after the wood floor experience there is no way I would do any additional business with this owner. He was extremely rude to me on multiple occasions and in my opinion unprofessional. Once the floors were installed we waited for some transition pieces to be available to complete the job. Unfortunately, the original installer was busy on another job so the owner came to our home to measure for the transitions. While he wa

The owner was super knowledgeable, polite and ,friendly -There wasn't any high pressure what so ever . His prices were fantastic , especially for the high quality carpet I received. The installers were equally amazing . Super polite - answered my questions, seemed to love what they do . The end result was 10 times better than what I could have imagined ! This is a great company , with great quality carpet at a great price - plus everyone there is so incredibly nice!

Timely and performed as promised. Good prices and the owner takes the time to explain differences in carpet, padding, etc. All around good job. Would recommend and use again.

Just purchased 3 rooms of carpet from Veteran Flooring. Great product and best price. Installation crew were very professional and thorough. They did a great job. Highly recommend Veteran Flooring on Old 23 between Grand River and 59.
