I even recommended them to a family member who had been told they required a full door replacement at around 5k by another company. Veteran diagnosed exactly what they needed rather than a replacement at a fraction of what they were quoted. Kevin is very knowable and friendly!

The initial visit from Kevin and him being able to get my garage to close was beyond helpful BUT when it comes to the installation. Service was dreadful. A 3rd party team arrived and couldn’t speak English. Fought with me for over an hour about installing the new garage door, rollers and spring because there was an item in my garage that was “in the way”. Called and asked for the manager of Veteran Garage Doors to call me back and I’m still waiting. Horrible service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

I thought my only issue was a broken spring, Kevin, our technician, showed me end plate and wheel bearings also needed replacing. We decided to replace both springs as a preventative measure. After installation he showed me the old parts and shared what was needed for bi-annual maintenance. The best thing is the new parts have a lifetime guarantee. The work was completed in 45 minutes. Very professional and no up selling involved and office staff followed up to make sure work was done to my satisfaction. I definitely recommend using them.

Outstanding and professional service. Kevin did a great job and explained all the repairs completed. I called on Thursday, by Friday my garage was fully repaired.

Kevin (tech) was cordial, thorough, and very competent. He replaced needed parts and made certain the door operated properly. Very happy with his work.
