I called them at 4:53pm just to see if I could get an appointment sometime this week, not only did they say they could come out and give me a free estimate but they could be at my house between 6-8pm same day to look at it. Antione called me 5 minutes later and said he was on the way. He actually showed up at 5:40pm and not only evaluated my garage door but had it fixed all before 6:40pm. He was very nice and professional, he even thanked my wife for her service. Never once did he try and up sell me on anything but gave me a complete inspection of our whole garage door system and gave me a heads up on what to look for to help prevent future problems! I would highly recommend this veteran owned & operated business to anyone! Amazing job and top shelf customer service.

Veteran Garage Door was an excellent company to work with. They were prompt , and professional. Sergio , their technician was very helpful, courteous and friendly. We used another garage door repair company almost 2 years ago ( Full House Garage Repair) and they not only used incorrect hardware which had to be replaced by Veterans but they charged us an OUTRAGEOUS amount. In fact, it was 9 times more expensive than what Veterans charged. Looking back, I can’t believe we were taken so badly. I very much recommend using Veterans Garage Door Repair.

Thank you!!! Mauricio was excellent. He was a total professional, did not leave any mess, he knew what he was doing and had to get creative to figure out how to fix my 75 yr.old garage door. We ultimately needed a new motor. Now, it's quiet, safe, even has a camera and remote control! Now I can put the trash out late and not wake up the neighbors! I wasn't expecting such a fancy solution. Mauricio was careful around my dogs and got the job done as quickly and professionally as possible. Thanks!!!
