Veteran Garage Door Repair

Had Veteran Garage Door (Wylie) come out for annual servicing. Technician was Oscar M. I specifically asked for a full service. Instead, he immediately said my door was “too old” and pushed a $3k replacement quote. I declined and asked for regular servicing. I paid $155 and he barely did anything — just sprayed a little lithium grease on two rollers, didn’t check the springs, didn’t clean or inspect anything, and was in and out in about 10 minutes. I have everything on video. Was hoping to hire them for long-term maintenance, but this was not a good experience. Felt like an upsell attempt instead of actual service. Do not use.

David is an awesome technician! Had an issue with my garage door lock that David was able to assess and repair on the site without needing parts ordered. He was very polite and knowledgeable about his craft. We do appreciate him for his excellent service he provided. Overall, our whole journey with Veteran Garage Door Service has been great. They really care about their customers.
