He got us an inspection appointment for a home we were purchasing on very short notice, and completed a very detailed inspection report the same day to make sure we had time to evaluate his findings before our contract deadline expired. He found multiple subtle issues including a hidden sump pump and concealed water leaks, and provided significant details about roofing concerns that needed to be addressed. His very thorough report is making it very easy to track everything that needs to be done, and even get quotes from contractors before we close on the home. Thanks again.
