Vic Mar Parking

Horrible person doing parking and useless - Attendant who puffed up his chest and wanted to fight with the customer. The pic is of him chasing me with the blue bmw. Never seen the audacity of a garage - this was Jan 7th 2022 - 5:08 pm. I’m surprised the attendant still is employed.

THIEVES! Be careful. I went to park at this garage and I asked how much it would be. The attendant ask how long I was going to stay and I said 1-2 hours. He said 45.00 I came back an hour earlier. I asked him, how much would I hav etc pay. He said $25.00. I paid with a credit card and never checked the amount. I never thought he would tell me a price and charge another. Today, I get my credit card bill and the thieve charge me $45.00 Why tell me a price and then charge another. Crooks. I called the garage and spoke with the manager "Bonosti" and he said "do what you have to do" If he is really the manager that is terrible customer service. The attendant hardly spoke, he grunt. Like speaking was the most painful thing in the world.

Great location...centrally located near a lot of popular locations. Just a short walk to the Metropolitan Museum of Modern Art and all the places that are close by. Reasonable prices....very similar to other parking garages in the area. Had no damage to our car when we came back. Thanks.

Attendant is out of mind. At 10 am garage is "full" so tell me a can leave car for 2-3 hours but not for whole day. What is going on with this people ?!?

The worst parking garage I have ever been to. Unfriendly service. I would never go to this garage ever; however, the customer service of GMC (HQ) was decent.
