Vicenza by Neal Communities

The entire process of buying our home in Vicenza has been a complete pleasure. Connie Chase was wonderful to deal with. She is very pleasant and informative. She asked us many questions to help us find our perfect home. Harrison our construction manager was so helpful and informative on our walk thru. We cannot wait to start our next chapter. I would like to mention what a wonderful experience we had with Neal and the staff at Vicenza. Our New Home Sales Associate, Connie Chase ,was there for us from day one. We weren't planning on purchasing when we stopped in, but she answered so many questions and made us realize this was a doable dream. She was there to answer the many questions we had, even on her days off and when she was out sick. Her never pushy attitude was exactly what we needed. She teamed up with Trevor King, our construction site manager, and like Connie, he was always there to answer any questions. He kept us updated on the build and any issues we needed to be aware of, all the way to the closing date and beyond. Our project manager changed 3 times during the build process. We inspected the property weekly during construction and were only provided the "good" photos & aspects of the build out. Our photographs captured reality and we were able to present them to address isdues as they arose. I feel sorry for out of town buyers who are unable to monitor the building. We alerted the builder to several concerns and they were addressed. Overall, the cosmetic painting was poor. However, the warantee dept did fix the issues. Our landscaping was horrible. The trees and plants were both missing and dead. It was a battle to get them replaced. The front door bell was never wired. It's been nearly 4 months and we are still waiting. The overhead dining room wiring was not grounded. I would think twice before

Our experience has been nothing short of disappointing. From the moment we moved in, we were met with a slew of issues that have made our stay here less than pleasant. First and foremost, the craftsmanship of our home is abysmal. We have encountered numerous issues with the construction quality, including faulty fixtures, poor insulation, and shoddy workmanship throughout. It's disheartening to see such lack of attention to detail in a newly built home. Additionally, our experience with the neighbors has been far from ideal. We have encountered destructive and inconsiderate behavior from some residents, which has created a hostile living environment. Despite reaching out to the HOA for assistance, little has been done to address these issues, leaving us feeling frustrated and unsupported
