I am very happy with my decision. After calling/emailing to set up an appointment, Vicky responded very quickly - she runs her company very professionally, with high standards for the cleaning. The woman who came to clean was prompt and spent alot of time cleaning- getting to know my house. She was very easy to communicate with - which was high on my list.
