These guys are the best HVAC company! They have so many moving parts on multiple jobs of ours and they are so thorough. Always the same page. You can tell they all work together well. The communication is great. They answer every time I call. Vickrey is very competitive and deliver great products with quick solutions as well.

Called Vickrey out to check HVAC unit before winter usage, after their office had highly recommended their annual service program (which would cover having a tech to come out and clean the HVAC unit twice a year and change the filters). Before cleaning the unit and changing either of the return filters, the tech suggested that I not use the heater because some component (heat exchanger??) was rusted, that would cause carbon monoxide to be released into the house. I got a quote to replace the unit from multiple companies. Vickrey was not the best quote, so I went with a competitor’s bid. As such, I called Vickrey and advised that in light of replacing the HVAC unit through an alternate company, I would not utilize the semi annual cleaning program of Vickrey and requested a refund, since no

Eak was very personable and informative. Since the cold stretch in Jan. 2026, I've had excessive noise from my geothermal unit. Eak took care of the problem and answered all of my questions. I've been with Vickery since 1996, so obviously they have done well by me, and I have a maintenance plan that reduces the cost of a service call.
