Victors team provided service the following day after we made contact with them. They arrived at our location with all necessary equipment and specialized knowledge. The technician solved our dryer vent problem which explained the burnt smell on our clothes. He fixed the vent while removing all dust and lint from the system to achieve proper operation during his single visit. They delivered exceptional results which brought us complete satisfaction. The technician told us that we would not need another cleaning session for at least one and a half years which demonstrated his professional confidence and work quality.

I would give 0 stars for wasting my time. I called and got a quick appointment for dryer vent cleaning 10ft dryer vent in an apartment. Also the air ducts for a 700 sq ft apartment with 4 vents. I was quoted a special price of $259 for both services. When the technician came he said the dryer vent was 20 ft and he has to go up the elevator twice to clean it so it would be $800. This is absurd. This weird distribution company that found this company should not be quoting if this is the case.

Worked out great got a good quote to clean the vents and dryer vent. Victor's Clean Air showed up on time, they finished the job and cleaned up and made suggestions to help in the future.
