Victory builder build my house during pandemic time but they still manage to finished over 10k sqf house in about 20 months. They r very professional & honest. Highly recommend them.

We are getting a custom home built in North Edison and have Victory Builders as our contractor. This project is tedious, time consuming and sometime challenging. The process involved is not simple, especially 1) when you are dealing with permits from *Edison* Township 2) when there is shortage of supply 3) dealing with PSEG & Ellizabethtown gas 4) co-ordinating with lots of vendors for delivering, doors, hardwood, kitchen cabinets, roof, tile, driveway, stucco, vinyl sidings, HVAC, heater, vanities, etc.. During all the process (and still continuing) we have found them to be co-operative, understanding what we need from the house, what is our thought process and then delivering it in timely fashion. Also, knowing whom to contact for what job is a skill that you want from your contractor

Victory Builders built my house in Edison NJ in 2019. A new custom house construction project is not a walk in the park. It requires too much planning, scheduling, budgeting, designing etc..it's a never ending list. For such projects, you need a contractor who is educated and experienced of course but also someone who is open, reachable, responsive and willing to work with your ideas, your situation, your timeline, your budget and Victor was that guy for us. Victor has a demeanor of the next door humble guy who can listen and understand. Our home was delivered better than our vision and on time. Keep up the quality work! Victory Builders built our custom home and we’re very pleased with the overall outcome. We had many custom and often times wonky design features not commonly found in traditional designs which they were able to implement well. There were a few day 2 items & fixes which we are working with them on. Overall we’re happy with the built home. The time to delivery was quick (11 months from ground breaking us), and the cost to value excellent. I would recommend Victory Builders.
