Grant is a very personable and polite technician. He Called when he was on the way to my home. Provided great customer service. McKenzie was great taking my call and understanding the details of my HVAC problem. She scheduled the appointment with Grant. She also explained warranty options for my unit. I had such great service. I purchased a 10 year extended warranty with parts and labor. I thank Victory HVAC for great customer experience!

The technician was knowledgeable of the heat pump and was able to dig into the unit with confidence. Only reason for the 4-star instead of the 5-star was that he was smoking on site and just after finishing his cigarette he walked into our home. After he left we needed to air out our home for health issues and the smell of smoke left behind.

Wow, got an appointment same day I requested service. Grant, our service technician was on time, professional and conscientious. Went the extra mile to clean our air returns which haven't looked that clean since the house was built. So glad I chose Victory Heating and Air.
