Steven is the most knowledgeable person I have ever come across in all my years as a technician in the home service industry. If you are a homeowner looking for a true professional, this is the company to call. Ask him about eco friendly products and within about two seconds you will understand exactly what I mean. I have nothing to gain by posting this review. When I come across an owner operator with that level of passion and expertise in their field, I cannot help but spread the word. Victory Pest Control services are outstanding! Steve shows up when he says he'll show up, does the things that need doing and always goes the extra mile with a smile. At one point when some brush was cleared away from around the exterior of our chimney, he discovered that the bottom of it was completely missing. Even though it was supposed to be just a normal service call, Steve left the job, went to the local hardware store to purchase plywood and created the wooden structure needed to seal the chimney and exclude the rats! BTW, there was no extra charge for this! In summary: great guy, great company, effective service -- I will not use anyone else!
