Victory Ramp

We use this ramp every time we go downtown St.Paul. It is so clean, lots of cameras so i always feel safe. Even if our venue is a ways away we always park here and walk but it is so convenient to everything usually! Friendly cashier at check out last evening too! Shout Out!!!

Good ramp and usually clean. No homeless or drug addicts in here that I have seen, unlike some of the other ramps in the area. Docking a star because they had a cone in the road that caused some issues. I ended up picking it up and putting it next to a pillar. Still, a great ramp considering it is downtown St. Paul.

Very good ramp. Don't expect your F250 with a steel bumper to fit here, or better yet use a car and your experience will be just fine. Xterra fit perfectly and left it in a great spot for 32 hours and paid under $40. Not sure what some people are struggling with but try not bringing your extended cab to the city for no reason just to watch hockey.

Usually a good price compared to other parking in the area, a little funky to get out of. Some spaces made tighter by bad parking. Skyway access.

I used this parking ramp all 3 days for the music festival in St. Paul and it was wonderful. I got there early enough in the day that there were plenty of parking spots available, not sure what it was like later. It was very clean, even the stairwells! Typically city parking ramp stairwells don't have the best smells but this was very clean. I'm guessing they had extra staff than usual to help with the heavy traffic of the music festival, and all were very friendly and helpful. Getting in and out was quick and efficient with everything the staff were doing. It was $20 per day, and it was worth the cost for the efficiency, cleanliness, and short walk to the festival. Would recommend!
