Viglione Heating & Cooling

Earlier this year I purchased a newly renovated home that was built in 1910. She's old but in very good shape. Although the heating system is brand new, there seemed to be some connection issues between the first and second floor which in the end I reached out to Viglione Heating and Cooling to come take a look, diagnose and hopefully fix. The very pleasant & knowledgeable technician connected some wires & installed a new thermostat downstairs, essentially doing what we thought needed to be done. At the end of the technicians visit, he advised my family to reach out to Gary at Viglione to discuss a yearly contract of $154 but if we were to call Gary that day, they would use the payment for that days visit for the first years contract. I had made an appointment to inspect my heating system because a zone wasn't heating properly. Unbeknownst to me, the pipe must've frozen and I came home midday to a burst pipe in my garage that feeds my baseboard radiators. The guys from Viglione were able to bump up my appointment and within the hour had cut my burst pipe and crimped in a repair. Then bled my baseboards and ensured we were running hot again. Many thanks to Brian and Justin, (sorry if I got the names wrong) for the friendly efficient service in this miserable cold!

I have Viglione come out for a service call and the only thing they did was say to replace the furnace. The next heating company came out two hours after they left and replaced the zone valve. Problem solved. They tried charging me $175 plus tax for just coming and telling me that I needed a new Furnace. I agree agreed to $100 service call When I gave the charge card over the phone. When I called to tell him that I was overcharged, he said that’s my problem that I didn’t get the number right. I would’ve never agreed to $175 just to come check for the records they’re the only company that charges to just come to a service call. I would never recommend them and would never use them again

I had a very good experience with this company. I needed a new air conditioner when we were having a heat wave. From the salesman who gave me a detailed quote to the two men who did the install, everyone was very professional, courteous and easy to work with. They took care not to damage plants outside and cleaned up thoroughly after doing the work. Seems to be a well managed company.
