Communication before and during the visit was clear and consistent, and he arrived exactly when he said he would. He was personable, thorough, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. Max is a great honest Hvac technician that installed my new mini split for a very reasonable price. He is respectful honest and shows up exactly on time! He was respectful towards my home and even suggested to put bag in his shoes before walking in. He doesnt take shortcuts and makes sure the job is done the right way. Scandinavian ethics is really a thing!

Max at Viking is just a good guy, which we all know can be hard to find. Helped me out of a jam same day, dealt with the issue (mostly my ignorance) in like 45 minutes, no parts needed and he waived any fee for his time trouble shooting it. Will definitely call him again.
