Mr Melendez did an awesome job on my property he was on time , called so that I’m aware he’s on my property and to see if I had any interior issues. I highly recommend Mr Melendez from green pest.

We had an excellent experience with the pest control service. The technician who visited our home, Chad G., was outstanding- very attentive to detail and clearly cared about doing a thorough job. He took care in spraying every area to help keep our home protected from pests. We truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication.

Happily charged the $100 fee to come out and inspect but never showed up. They were supposed to come between noon and 4 pm. They texted at 4:56 pm that they were on their way but never came. I will contact my credit card company to reverse the charge.

Originally hired IPM for pest management 2 and 1/2 years ago after moving. They were bought by Viking who sent several unprofessional, unhelpful, unfriendly technicians and 2 who I liked. Lots of issues with billing, people in the office who didn't return calls for months, and me trying unsuccessfully to narrow down the service and $1128 charges for a small house (outside). Today, the 2nd yearly termite inspection appointment was scheduled (the primary reason I hired any company). I was present like last year to see the results. Only 9 of the 15 stations were located because the technician didn't have the termite station detector. When I asked why not, he said because they are expensive (so are their charges!). Horrible company. Spent almost $1000 the past 12 months for this service and still have mice and roaches in the house. I would never recommend viking pest control. You're better off going to a mom and pop spot or trying to do it yourself.
