We had a regular service call handled by Christian. He did an excellent job going over issues we e had in the basement with mice. Nice guy, very thorough and knowledgeable, and an asset to Viking!

He provided a clear explanation of the treatment procedure, and was very patient in answering my many questions. Viking is thorough, professional and show up on time. The Tech was courteous and explained things in a way for a normal person to understand. I am happy that I called them and they do a good job. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

I had Rob (Robert) Scott as my technician and he was great. He is down to earth, respectful and extremely patient with a great head on his shoulders. This man needs a raise!!! He’s given me the education I need about my rat issue that I had no idea about. Great person and I highly recommend not only this company but this technician!

I really like this company. They first came to us for an emergency wasp issue in our home, a few other companies couldn’t get anyone to use for a couple of days. Their staff is always so friendly, helpful, respectful, knowledgeable and happy! I will always use and recommend Viking!
