I have been a customer of Viking for many years and I found Stephen Post to be the most thorough technician who has serviced my home. He tracked down the probable cause of a small and recurring issue I have had and supplied photos that can be used by our HOA management company to resolve the issue (caulking from the outside). It was a good visit.

When Durell L left, I thanked him and said in the survey “ I’m giving you a 100+ rating”. We have been struggling with mice, and I feel I couldn’t be in better hands. He explained everything he would do, answered all of my questions with confidence and spent a long time setting up and making sure we had everything needed to deal with the situation. With our house being 100 years old, I appreciated his kindness, confidence and patience when answering all of my questions and making me feel at ease with rectifying our mice problem.
