I purchased a well water pressure tank two weeks ago. Unfortunately it started to leak. I reached out to Christine at Viking in Norwich. She was very helpful in getting my tank replaced.and took care of the warranty paperwork. I do all my plumbing business with them and I Highly recommended them. You would never get that kind of service at a big box store.
Guy told me he'd be wasting his time looking for a part. How would you be wasting your time if you're getting paid at work? It's the customer you should worry about wasting their time, geez. Good luck with that attitude.
No help called for parts was told they have it drove there for no stock of item
Viking Supply went above and beyond. Very thankful for the personal service!
