Village Interiors Carpet One

Excellent services! Needed some carpet done on my stairs and loft in my tiny home and they did an excellent job. Fair price for material and labor as well! Same day results. Will definitely work with them in the future and recommend to others!

In 2015 we bought a house in Pagosa Lakes that required extensive flooring upgrades. Somehow (it's still a mystery) Dan was able to find the same tile the previous owners had installed in the kitchen, and we had Dan and Jared replace the ugly, filthy carpeting with that tile in the rest of the house. Wonderful work. Very nice guys. Highly recommend this business.

Pam, I am sorry you feel this way. I have reached out to you numerous times to find out why you feel you were not treated properly. I finally found your husband and he admitted that we did everything you requested from not only beating a competitor's price and installation schedule to supplying a superior product and warranty. He was disappointed that we did not offer financing. He said he had asked you to contact me or edit your review but that you refused to do either. Again, sorry you are not satisfied. After 42 years in business in this town, we are fortunate to have very many satisfied customers and that has always been our goal.

Dan helped us with ordering and installing our flooring out of state. He was very knowledgeable and the flooring came out beautifully.
