Check-in and check-out was easy. However, I moved out in January and they kept on charging my credit card until May! I'm a student I just realized that they kept on charging my credit card (with a +$500 outstanding balance) and I really can't afford paying! I make $2,300 per month as a student! They said it is because I did not go to Neighbor app and cancel the reservation from the app. This is my first time using the time and it's really crazy to expect being charged when you were literally given a receipt for ending your parking!

!!!! NEVER EVER PARK THIS GARAGE !!!!! Due to the negligence of the staff at the garage where I parked, the trunk of my fully electric vehicle was left open, triggering security mode and draining the entire battery. I contacted them multiple times from abroad via phone and email, clearly instructing them to plug in the vehicle using the charging cable in the trunk, warning that battery damage could occur if not handled properly. Despite being told “it’s taken care of,” I found my vehicle completely drained and left in this state for days. My boyfriend has been getting charged monthly long term payment since January 2025, but when we showed up to get his car, they claimed he hadn’t paid and couldn’t find his keys. I pay for monthly parking, but often I return home after 12am and find that the parking facility is closed. It should be open 24 hours, especially since they always have a full lot and are clearly making a profit. They can certainly afford to hire extra staff to operate overnight. It’s very frustrating!!!
