MARCO @ Village Park Garage Doors is a 5 star company! Very professional, quick response and repair time, but what stood out most of all was how honest he was. I had several qoutes from other garage door companies and each one of them tried to upsell me. I kind of knew my issues was my garage door springs but all the other companies tried to tack on charges that were not needed, even a couple went as Far as saying I needed a whole new garage door. I knew that was not the case. I was thankful to have found Village Park on Google and after reading all the great reviews I contacted them and Marco came out with free estimate and a resonable and fair price to repair. AWESOME JOB! I called Saturday afternoon January 24th and Marco was here Sunday January 25th repairing the spring. He finished in an hour and cleaned up sent my receipt electronically after receiving my payment and he drove off into the rain. Marco was professional explained everything in detailed (parts he was replacing and how it worked), he ensured me the service is covered by a 3 year warranty. I have already referred him to a friend! I reached out to Village Park Doors after I received an insane quote from another company to fix my garage door. I told the gentleman that answered the phone what the issue was and he provided the quote right over the phone. They were willing to come out same day if needed but I told him it wasn't a rush and we can schedule within the next couple of days. Marco arrived to my home well within the allotted time frame and fixed my garage door in under an hour. He answered my questions and offered some maintenance tips.
