They did my original roof several years ago. So now I have called and left messages for the over the last two weeks that I’m having an issue with my roof and they have yet to send someone out to find out what my problem is. Appears I have a roof leak as my soffit is rotting.

The service I received from this business fell far below acceptable standards. Communication from the owner Saul was unprofessional and made the entire interaction unnecessarily difficult. In my judgment, this is not a company that prioritizes customer relations or basic respect

Super easy to work with. Chris our rep was very informative, nice and answered any questions I had. Once I signed the papers my roof was completed in 2 business days. The roof looks amazing. Below are some before and after pictures.

My experience with this company was DISAPPOINTING . The customer service I received from the owner Saul I believe is his name did not meet reasonable expectations, and the communication was very unprofessional in my view. Based on my interaction, I would not return as a customer

I used Vincent's to replace the roof on our 1940's farmhouse, and for a couple of add-ons: An addition of an outdoor living space and construction of a big, beautiful outdoor fireplace attached to the outdoor living space. They responded to my needs quickly, their bid was fair, and I was impressed from sales through cleanup. I highly recommend these guys and plan to use them for additional upcoming projects.
