Viox came out to look a septic tank. The bad pump had already been removed. At first the installation failed due to a bad GFI switch and some tricky wiring to a timer system. Chris was responsive - at a busy time for them, and they were able to get a team out to troubleshoot. Backed up sewage and non-working toilets and drains is not fun. His team was hardworking, good guys. I am satisfied with the outcome.

We can’t say enough great things about Chris & his team!!! We contracted Viox for land clearing for our future home site. They also re finished our driveway, put in 2 culvert pipes, & took out a big tree line at the entrance. Chris was so great to work with and went above & beyond! You can tell by his work how much he cares for your place. High quality work, great communication, and timeliness. We very much appreciated him digging a trench to help drainage - something he wasn’t required to do! He also neatly placed our old entry gate and posts in the barn for us, made only 1 burn pile (!!!), and avoided leaving any debris in the field so as not to affect planting. I guess this company doesn't want my work. I've been trying to get a quote/bid on a new septic and complete rework of a driveway for over 4 months now. I've only spoke to them on the phone twice and they never return emails or phone calls... Better off looking somewhere else if you need work done! Response to Reply: Correct, the first time we spoke was in September after weeks of trying to contact your company starting back in August (4 months). You gave me the first name of someone for the driveway work and said you would get back with me once you spoke with whoever in your office does the driveway work to see if it would need to be passed on or not. Which I never heard back on from you or the other company in any case. As for the septic, no one has communicated with me where to send the

Chris did a fantastic job on the driveway and got the culvert put in. I was originally upset with Viox, because they did not get back to me in a timely manner, did not respond to emails or phone calls. I took them from a 2 star rating to 4 because today they made up for it! While they are working on some workflow and communication issues. They will make things right. Thanks Chris! Looks much better!
