I called VIP Garage Door Services and spoke with the owner. He asked me to take a photo of the issue and he replied immediately with the issue and the price for his services. He came out the next day at the time he said he would. They fixed the broken spring in a timely manner, but they also fixed my opener and that was not even part of the job. I generally feel pretty underwhelmed by the cost and level of service businesses provide these days; however, JD is professional, skilled and honest and I can't recommend VIP Garage Door Services enough.

Amazing service! JD came out and took a look at my garage door that refused to come up. He did some tests, reset the motor, and was done. Works great again. I am definitely going to recommend VIP to others.

VIP Garage Door Services came over and installed two LiftMaster 81600 garage door openers for me. They were very professional and courteous, and they made sure they left no trash behind, always cleaning up after each step. The owner himself, J.D., was there doing the work, something I respect a lot and it shows you how hardworking the company is. The team was very knowledgeable. It was clear they knew what they were doing. They did not try to up-sell me or anything. Honestly, this is a good business and if you are considering them you should without-a-doubt hire them.
