VIP Grout & Tile Concepts

I had redone a bathroom, and I was left with a leaking tub/shower and cracked tiles from the contractor who refused to repair it. I got a reference to Lou and VIP Tile and Grout. Lou returned my call the same day, and was at my house to look at the problem two days later to give me a quote. The quote was fair, and his workers came the following week exactly as scheduled. They did excellent work matching the pattern of the tiles, and resealing the tub/shower. No leaks and it looks great! A very satisfied customer. Thanks Lou and team.

The greatest! We had to live for years with a disgusting tile floor from the previous owners, with wax buildup and not even grout between the tiles in the foyer, because it was a mud job, and no one would help us except to suggest jack hammering it out when it was our entire hallway and bathroom floor. When I finally found VIP Grout and Tile Concepts, they did a fantastic job restoring it! I can't thank them enough!!! I feel like I'm in a new house!!!!!!

Gave estimate to clean our shower tile after looking at pictures because we were more interested in the tile floor being cleaned. The rest of shower was fine, but was part of the deal. He said he could make the floor tile look like new. Paid the $550 in full when job was done. Didn't realize the tile floor looked any different because it was still wet. When it dried it looked as if nothing was done. Made several calls and sent him pics of floor and he said he would send someone back out to try to fix it. After 4 phone calls never heard back from him & he never sent anyone out or offered some kind of reimbursement. Would never recommend him & make sure you are satisfied with the job before you pay him in full.

Len and Company did a great job on my bathroom. They re-tiled the floor, cleaned/sealed all the grout on the walls and floors at a very reasonable price. The quality was great. I highly recommend VIP Grout and Tile Concepts!
