My neighbor recommended Matt and VIP when one of my furnaces stopped working on a very cold Saturday. Luca arrived in one hour and explained what the problem was in great detail. Unfortunately, I needed a new circuit board and their suppliers were closed for the weekend but they came back on Monday and installed the part. The furnace is working perfectly again!
