On the Friday night before my sisters wedding, which was held at my house, our main drain backed up and flooded the lower level of our home. Left us not being able to use our plumbing. We frantically searched for someone to come out for emergency services. Very early Saturday morning we contacted Viper Drain Cleaning and Chris got back to us right away. Chris saved the day, making 2 trips to our house that day to finish the job. We had the wedding without interruptions, and our plumbing and drains were all working. Unprofessional and dishonest !! 1. We were unreasonably charged for the supplies (THREE TIMES the ACTUAL COST) and services. No purchase memo for supplies was provided to us and we were doubly charged for the services. 2. Chris charged us in the morning for the inspection $150 and says he will come the next day. And then, he pops in the same day without prior notice, not only inconveniencing us, but also charged us a bomb for his services ( minor plumbing) without reimbursing the cost for Initial inspection that happens on the same day. 3. Took Venmo account details to refund for the returned supplies ( Kitchen faucet $39) but did not show a penny there once he got the check. I was having a problem with clogged drains in my new home. Viper Drain cleaning was able to come out just a few days after I called and completely cleared the clogs out for me! Great price, super quick service, and fantastic work.

We had a troublesome clog that no matter what we tried it wouldn't clear. It was to the point that when we showered in our other bathroom the water came down to our first floor bathroom and everything leaked out of the toilet and sink. Chris came and he had a great attitude, was very easy to talk to. He knew what he was doing and cleared the pipe very fast. We will definitely hire him again.

I called Viper Drain Cleaning today, September 19, 2022 and Chris called me back within minutes. I have water getting in my basement from a clogged french drain outside. He used a hydro jet and he cleared all the debris that was inside the french drain. I am so grateful for Chris and how he helped me so quickly. I will be calling him annually, to make sure the french drain is clear of debris. I called other people who say they clean french drains, but they would not help me. Chris was there and I appreciate all he did for me. Thank you Chris!!
