Ray and Daniel are AWESOME!!!! I began noticing issues with my HVAC system about a week ago. My system wasn’t cooling my house, and then today I noticed the coil attached to the fan unit was frozen over. I immediately began searching for an HVAC company, paying close attention to the reviews. A-1 caught my attention, so I reached out and spoke to Ray who attentively listened as I explained what was happening. Afterwards, he provided feedback on possible causes/solutions, pitched me an estimated quote & scheduled me for same day service. A huge plus! I had previously called the company who installed my system but their first available wasn’t until sometime in July, which was entirely too long of a wait time for me! But A-1 was responsive.
