I spoke with Rich Brindle from Virginia Truck and Equipment concerning damage to my vehicle that one of their trucks caused on 264 East. I found Rich Brindle to be extremely unprofessional, demeaning, argumentative, dismissive, and condescending. He made statements that were provocative in nature and ignored the fact that the accident had been witnessed and documented by additional individuals. He indicated the damage to my vehicle was caused by an act of God. Furthermore, he insinuated that his status as a business owner diminished my service as a Navy Veteran. If Mr. Brindle's unprofessionalism and discourteous treatment towards me is an indication into how this company operates; I would highly recommend clients use an alternate company that respects each and every individual regardless
