Virginia Ground Covers

Ordered a cord of wood (have been dealing with va ground cover for a few years) the wood was delivered a little later than quoted, no big deal, extremely happy with the delivery and quality/quantity of firewood! Thank you virginia ground cover

I ordered Delaware Riverstone (5–7 inch) from Virginia Ground Covers two days ago and couldn’t be happier with the experience. We had a big storm come through, and when I called to reschedule my delivery, they were friendly, flexible, and able to move it to the very next morning — I really thought I’d have to wait another week! Incredible service, unbeatable pricing for Northern Virginia, and the delivery driver was professional and courteous. The stones were exactly what I needed — no issues at all. Highly recommend!

Firewood is loaded with debris. Bought a cord 242lbs if dirt and debris after unloading wood. Spoke to manager offered to give me a wheelboro of free wood to make up for this. Gave them another shot. Samething. The driver in the bulldozer the scoops whatever you need acts like you are bothering him everytime I go there. It’s a shame cause I love supporting local businesses. Wanted to add. The front desk lady is very very nice.

All very unfortunate, I've been a long time customer but the recent inconsistencies are too much to bear. I'll have to start using a different company. They often deliver a very high quality product but then other times it's the complete opposite. For being such a longstanding business they should have these kinks worked out by now.

Next day delivery of river rock/decorative stone. Got the delaware 3/4". Quick delivery and competitive price. Rock came pretty dirty, but nothing a quick wash down won't fix.
