We have used VA pressure wash the past two years. We live in a heavily wooded area with all the moisture, algae, bugs and just yuck that will make your tan siding look horrible in 6 months from the elements. Last year was the first year in 10 since our house has been “professionally” pressure washed. They came out and did their thing and when I tell you our siding hasn’t looked that good since the house was built!! They were there on time, professional, polite, discussed what we wanted done before hand and when they got there made sure they still had everything we wanted done down correctly. They offered suggestions on things we can do throughout the year to maintain and keep some of the yuck down on our hard areas and decks. Same thing this year they only had to do a “softwash” but house
